Unapologetically Promotable is a 21-day promotion-readiness challenge for mid-career professionals, especially BIPOC women.

Throughout UP, you’ll learn how to:

• Separate your professional value from your personal worth

• Use facts over feelings so self-doubt cannot rewrite your career story

• Recognize the impact you've made, including your accomplishments and the qualities you've stopped noticing because they come naturally to you

• Examine your current professional reputation and move beyond being known only as a “hard worker” or “team player”

• Identify what makes you different and why your expertise is a business asset worth investing in

• Stop talking yourself out of opportunities because you do not check every box

Rather than waiting for external validation or your leadership team to tell you how professionally valuable you are, you’ll spend 3wks looking at the ACTUAL EVIDENCE of what makes you promotable.

New audios will drop Mon-Thurs, giving you Fri-Sun to catch up and each audio contains a mini-action to help you apply what you’re learning. And because you may have questions as you begin to implement, I'm also including a 60min Q&A session at the end of the challenge.

Because this is NOT a listen-and-forget challenge, you'll have access to the audio lessons and Q&A replay for 60 days from the challenge start date.
